| RSSDA is a Sustainable Development entity set up by law of the Rivers State of Nigeria only recently. The Rivers State Sustainable Development Programme (RSSDP) is a strategic Federal Government supported initiative of the Rivers State Government designed to coalesce and harmonize the efforts of supportive foreign Governments, international development agencies such as the World Bank, USAID, DFID etc, the NNPC and the oil companies amongst others as principal stakeholders under an autonomous legal frame work aimed at poverty alleviation and youth empowerment. |
